Store will be closed from October 6th to October 21st. No events will be running during this time expect on Oct 11 and Oct 18. Order pickups will be unavailable. Online orders will still be processed as usual.
All orders are generally processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Exceptions to this include products such as Gundam, Union Arena and Weiss singles which may take longer.
We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit that has been marked as delivered.
For orders not marked as delivered. You agreed you will be compensated up to the maximum insured value of the shipping method. Usually $100 + shipping cost. If you would like your order to be fully insured. Please contact us directly before placing the order.
Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until ALL products in the order are ready to be shipped.
Orders placed with a Canadapost shipping method may have it upgrade to Chitchats for shipping speed or insurance purposes.
