All orders are generally processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Exceptions to this include products such as Union Arena and Weiss singles which may take longer.
We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit that has been marked as delivered.
Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until ALL products in the order are ready to be shipped.
